Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure to relax after your journey or explore the city at your own pace. Day 2

Nairobi to Masai Mara Game Reserve

Nairobi to Masai Mara Game Reserve

After an early breakfast, depart Nairobi at approximately 7:30 AM and journey through Kenya's scenic highlands toward the Great Rift Valley. Descend the historic escarpment road, built by Italian prisoners of war during World War II, with a brief stop at the breathtaking Great Rift Valley Viewpoint. Continue through Narok, the gateway to the Maasai Mara, passing vast wheat and barley farms before arriving at the reserve in time for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on your first exciting game drive across the world-famous Maasai Mara in search of the Big Five and other incredible wildlife. Return to your camp or lodge at sunset for dinner and an overnight stay.

Full-Day Maasai Mara Safari & Maasai Cultural Experience

Start the day with an early breakfast before setting out on a morning game drive in the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. Explore the vast savannah in search of the Big Five, including lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, and rhinos, as well as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and a variety of bird species. Return to your camp or lodge in the late morning for lunch and some time to relax. In the afternoon, visit a traditional Maasai village (optional) to experience the community's rich culture, customs, and way of life. Afterwards, continue with an afternoon game drive before returning to your camp or lodge at sunset for dinner and an overnight stay.

Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park

Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, depart the Maasai Mara and journey through Kenya's scenic Great Rift Valley, passing the rolling wheat and barley fields that make this region one of the country's agricultural hubs. Travel via Narok and the Mai Mahiu Escarpment, enjoying spectacular views of the Rift Valley along the way, before arriving at Lake Nakuru National Park in time for lunch. After some time to relax, embark on an afternoon game drive in one of Kenya's premier wildlife parks. Renowned for its rich birdlife, including seasonal flamingos, Lake Nakuru is also a sanctuary for both black and white rhinos and the endangered Rothschild's giraffe. You may also encounter lions, leopards, buffaloes, zebras, and a variety of antelope species. Return to your lodge at sunset for dinner and an overnight stay at your selected accommodation in Lake Nakuru or Lake Elementaita.

After an early breakfast, depart for the tranquil waters of Lake Naivasha and enjoy a scenic boat safari. Cruise across the freshwater lake while observing hippos, African fish eagles, pelicans, cormorants, kingfishers, and a variety of other bird species in their natural habitat. Following the boat ride, begin your journey back to Nairobi, leaving the Great Rift Valley behind. Arrive in the city by late morning or early afternoon, where you will be dropped off at the designated city centre location or your preferred hotel/airport for your onward travel arrangements.
