Day 1

Your adventure begins in Zanzibar, where you will make your own way to Zanzibar Airport for your scheduled flight to Arusha Airport. Please arrange your transfer to the airport from your hotel or accommodation in Zanzibar, as airport transfers are not included in the package.

Upon arrival at Arusha Airport, your professional safari guide will warmly welcome you and begin your safari journey. From Arusha, you will drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife.

You'll enjoy your first game drive through the park’s scenic landscapes of savannah, seasonal swamps, and the Tarangire River. Look out for elephants, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, giraffes, and, with luck, lions or leopards.

After a picnic lunch surrounded by nature, you will continue exploring the park during an afternoon game drive. Later, you will drive to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

After an early breakfast in Central Serengeti, you'll enjoy a morning game drive through the Serengeti plains, one of the best times to witness wildlife activity. You will explore the park in search of lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and other fascinating animals.

Later, you return to camp for lunch and to pack up before continuing your journey towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As you leave Serengeti, you'll enjoy an en-route game drive with more opportunities to spot wildlife along the way.

In the afternoon, you will arrive at Simba Campsite, located near the rim of the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, where you will enjoy dinner and an overnight stay with beautiful views of the surrounding highlands.

After an early breakfast, you’ll drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, stopping at the viewpoint along the way to take in breathtaking panoramic views of the crater and its surrounding highlands. You’ll then descend into the crater for an unforgettable game drive across its wildlife-rich floor.

The crater is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, and, with some luck, the endangered black rhino. Its unique ecosystem, combined with the spectacular volcanic scenery, makes the Ngorongoro Crater one of Tanzania’s most remarkable wildlife destinations.

Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater while surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape. After lunch, continue your game drive through the afternoon before ascending from the crater.

Later, drive to Mto Wa Mbu for dinner and an overnight stay, ready for the following day’s Lake Manyara safari experience.

After breakfast, you’ll depart for Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive. Explore the park’s diverse landscapes, from the lush groundwater forests to the open plains and the shores of Lake Manyara. Along the way, you may encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, hippos, and a variety of bird species, as well as the park’s famous tree-climbing lions.

After the game drive, enjoy lunch before beginning your journey back to Arusha. Arrive in the afternoon and check in at your accommodation for a relaxing evening and overnight stay.

After breakfast, you'll continue your adventure with a visit to Materuni Village, home to the Chagga community near the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy a guided walk to the spectacular Materuni Waterfalls, followed by a traditional coffee experience where you will learn about coffee cultivation, processing, roasting, and grinding.

After the Materuni experience, enjoy lunch before continuing to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your flight back to Zanzibar.
