Transfer from maun to Mababe Concession

Your transfer from Maun to Mababe Concession begins at approximately 8:30 AM. The journey starts with a stop for a delicious breakfast before continuing through Botswana's stunning wilderness, passing traditional villages and wildlife-rich areas. Along the way, you may spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and a variety of bird species, making the drive part of your safari experience. Upon arrival in Mababe Concession, you'll enjoy a freshly prepared lunch at the campsite. In the afternoon, set out on an exciting game drive to explore Mababe's wildlife-rich landscapes, where you have excellent chances of seeing elephants, lions, leopards, buffalo, african wild dogs, and many other species. Our experienced local guides ensure a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey from start to finish.

Morning and afternoon game drives

Your professional safari guide will wake you up early in the morning, there will be water in the basen to wash your face and brush your teeth, breakfast will be ready on the table, before you leave the camp for your morning game drive, the earlier the better, you stand a good chance of spotting cats in the morning, its 3 to 4 hour's drive before heading back to the camp for siesta and lunch,

Start again in the afternoon to end the day with afternoon game drive, you will stop somewhere for happy hour/ sundown before heading back to the campsite, shortly dinner will be served before going to bad, just around fire, and that the best moment to discuss about what you have seen on the game drives, and good time for star gazing.

Morning game drive and mokoro ride in Khwai Concession

After your breakfast, we start our daily activities with Morning game drive. After the morning game drive we go back to camp and rest. In the afternoon we go out again for mokoro excursion excursion. In Khwai Concession, you stand a good chance to see more wildlife on the morning, especially on the river banks.

Transfer back to maun

You're transfer will be about 3 to 4 hour's depending on what you see on the way, because you will be driving on a highly rich wildlife areas back to maun,
