Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

After an early morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you’ll begin your journey through the scenic Great Rift Valley, with several photo stops before continuing to the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Arriving at your lodge in time for lunch, you’ll have time to relax before heading out on your first exciting afternoon game drive. Search for lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, and many other wildlife species before returning to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Spend the entire day exploring the famous Masai Mara ecosystem with unlimited game drives. Between July and October, you may witness the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration crossing the Mara River. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your afternoon safari. Another full day is dedicated to discovering more of the Masai Mara’s diverse landscapes and incredible wildlife. Your experienced guide will take you to areas rich in predators, plains game, and birdlife while sharing fascinating information about the ecosystem. Optional activities, such as an early morning hot-air balloon safari or a cultural visit to a traditional Masai village, can be arranged at an additional cost. Return to your lodge for dinner.

Masai Mara National Reserve - Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, depart the Masai Mara and drive towards Lake Nakuru National Park through the Great Rift Valley. Arrive in time for lunch before enjoying an afternoon game drive around the lake. Lake Nakuru is famous for its white and black rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, buffaloes, flamingos (seasonal), pelicans, and many other bird species. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.
