Leave Kampala or Entebbe early in the morning and travel east through Uganda's fertile countryside. Along the way, pause at the magnificent Sipi Falls, where cascading waterfalls and the cool mountain air provide a refreshing break from the journey. As the road leads into Karamoja, the scenery transforms into rolling plains, rocky mountains, and scattered traditional homesteads.

After lunch, continue north through one of Uganda's most scenic regions toward Kidepo Valley National Park. The drive itself is part of the adventure, revealing dramatic mountains, open savannahs, and remote villages before arriving at your lodge overlooking the park.

A Full Tour Exploring Kidepo Valley National Park

As the sun rises over the Narus Valley, head out on an early morning game drive when wildlife is at its most active. Search for lions resting on rocky outcrops, elephants roaming the plains, graceful giraffes browsing the acacia trees, and large herds of buffalo crossing the valley. Kidepo is also one of the few places in Uganda where cheetahs and ostriches can be seen.

Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation before setting out again in the afternoon to explore another section of the park. Every corner of Kidepo offers breathtaking scenery, making it a paradise for photographers and nature lovers alike.
