Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you will depart from Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife, including lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, and many species of birds.

You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing with an afternoon game drive. Later, you will leave the park and proceed to your campsite for dinner and overnight.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After an early breakfast, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend approximately 600 meters into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive.

The crater is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, lions, hyenas, and, with some luck, the rare black rhino. You will have a picnic lunch during the game drive.

In the afternoon, you will ascend from the crater and drive back to Arusha, marking the end of your 2-day safari.
