After breakfast, drive through the scenic landscapes of the Ngorongoro Highlands toward Serengeti National Park. Enter the park with game viewing en route to Central Serengeti, renowned for its abundant wildlife and endless plains. Enjoy an afternoon game drive while searching for elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, and large herds of herbivores. The Central Serengeti is home to year-round wildlife concentrations and offers excellent opportunities for photography and predator sightings.

Depart after breakfast and travel toward Northern Serengeti, one of the best areas to witness the Great Migration during the migration season. Enjoy game drives along the way while observing the changing landscapes and abundant wildlife. The northern region is known for dramatic Mara River crossings, large wildebeest herds, zebras, and predators that follow the migration. Arrive at your camp lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Continue your scenic drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying the changing landscapes and beautiful views along the way. Arrive in the Ngorongoro area in the afternoon for your overnight stay.

After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. Explore the crater floor, home to abundant wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and, with some luck, the endangered black rhino.
After the game drive, proceed to Arusha for your onward journey to Rwanda. Upon arrival in Rwanda, you will be warmly welcomed by your Rwanda guide and begin the scenic drive to Volcanoes National Park, where your exciting 3-day gorilla adventure awaits.

Upon your arrival in Kigali—either at the airport or from your hotel—our driver-guide will warmly welcome you and begin your scenic journey to Volcanoes National Park in Musanze. As you drive through the beautiful countryside, enjoy stunning views of Rwanda’s rolling hills and lush landscapes.
You’ll arrive in the late afternoon and have the opportunity to take a relaxed stroll through a nearby village, experiencing local life, before settling in for a delicious dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, you’ll head to the Volcanoes National Park headquarters for a briefing before embarking on your golden monkey trekking adventure. This exciting trek usually lasts 2–3 hours, guiding you through the bamboo forests where these playful primates live. After the trek, you will visit the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund. Following your visit, return to the lodge for lunch before continuing your journey across the border into Uganda.

Gorilla Trekking in Uganda & Return to Kigali
Gorilla Trekking in Uganda & Return to Kigali
After an early breakfast, your guide will escort you to the park headquarters for a briefing on your gorilla trekking adventure. You’ll then set off into the forest with expert rangers in search of the majestic mountain gorillas.
The trek can last between 2 to 5 hours, depending on the location of the gorilla family. Once you find them, you’ll spend a magical hour observing these gentle giants in their natural habitat.
After this unforgettable experience, return to the lodge for a well-deserved lunch. Afterwards, begin your scenic drive back to Kigali, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel or at the airport for your departure flight.
