Day 1

Your safari begins with Hotel pick up for a flight 06AM from Zanzibar to Nyerere National Park. The flight takes approximately 50 min. to 1 hour, Upon arrival at the Mtemere Airport inside Nyerere National Park, your private safari guide and 4x4 safari vehicle will be waiting to welcome you. After a short introduction and safari briefing, begin your private game drive, exploring the park’s diverse landscapes of open plains, woodland and riverine areas. Spend several hours searching for Tanzania’s wildlife.

Enjoy a picnic/hot lunch inside the park during the safari, surrounded by the beautiful African wilderness. After lunch, continue your game drive, giving you more time for wildlife viewing and photography.

Later in the afternoon, your guide will drive you back to the airport for your return flight to Zanzibar. On arrival in Zanzibar, you will be met and transferred back to your hotel, marking the end of your private safari adventure.
