Fly from Zanzibar to Arusha and visit Tarangire National Park

Your adventure begins early in the morning with a transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your domestic flight to Arusha.

Upon arrival, you will meet your professional safari guide and join your fellow travelers before driving to Tarangire National Park.

Tarangire is renowned for its impressive baobab trees and large elephant herds. During your game drive, you may encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, impalas, warthogs and predators such as lions and leopards.

You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park, followed by an afternoon game drive exploring different areas of Tarangire.

Later in the afternoon, you will leave the park and drive to Karatu, where you will enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at Farm of Dreams Lodge.

Visit Ngorongoro Crater then transfer to Arusha then toZanzibar

After an early breakfast at the lodge, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. From the crater rim, you will descend approximately 600 metres into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for your game drive.

The crater has an extraordinary concentration of wildlife and offers excellent opportunities to see lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas and various antelope species. It is also one of Tanzania’s best places for a chance to spot the endangered black rhino.

You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater while surrounded by the spectacular scenery of this UNESCO World Heritage area.

After the game drive, you will ascend from the crater and drive back toward Arusha for your transfer to the airport. You will then take your return domestic flight to Zanzibar, marking the end of your safari.
