Arrival in Kigoma – Transfer to Gombe

Chimpanzee Trekking in Gombe National Park

After breakfast, begin your first chimpanzee trekking experience with an experienced park ranger. Walk through the lush rainforest in search of Gombe’s famous chimpanzee communities.

Once the chimpanzees are located, spend time observing their natural behavior while maintaining the required distance and following park guidelines.

After the trek, return to your accommodation for lunch and relaxation. Later, enjoy a guided nature walk experience around the forest.

Return to your accommodation in the afternoon and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
