Day 2
Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart Arusha with your private safari guide and drive toward Tarangire National Park, famous for its magnificent baobab trees, diverse wildlife and large elephant herds.
Enter the park and begin your first game drive. Keep an eye out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, impalas and numerous bird species. Tarangire is particularly beautiful in the afternoon when the warm African light creates spectacular scenery.
Arrive at your lodge or luxury tented camp in time to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. For your honeymoon, a private sundowner overlooking the wilderness can be arranged, followed by a romantic dinner beneath the African sky.

Start with an early morning game drive when the wildlife is most active. You may encounter large elephant families, lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and many antelope species.
Return to the lodge for lunch and some relaxation before heading out again for an afternoon game drive. Your guide can tailor the day around your interests, allowing plenty of time for photography and quiet moments together.
End the day with a romantic sunset experience at your lodge or a private bush dinner, subject to lodge arrangements and park regulations.

Enjoy an afternoon game drive as you make your way toward your lodge or luxury tented camp. Depending on the location of your accommodation, you may have the opportunity to search for lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes and large herds of plains game.

Wake early for an unforgettable sunrise over the Serengeti.
Enjoy a full-day safari exploring different areas of the park with your private guide. The day can be customized according to recent wildlife sightings and, if applicable, the seasonal movements of the Great Migration.
Search for lions resting on the plains, cheetahs hunting in the open grasslands and elephants moving through the savannah. Your guide will also help you discover the smaller details of the ecosystem, from colorful birds to tracks and other signs of wildlife.
Return to camp in the evening and enjoy a romantic dinner and the sounds of the African wilderness surrounding you.
