Arusha – Tarangire National Park

In the morning after breakfast, your guide will pick you at your hotel and start the journey toward Tarangire National Park. As you enter the park, the landscape changes to open savannah, seasonal wetlands and areas dotted with the distinctive baobab trees for which Tarangire is famous.

Spend the day on a game drive searching for the park's large elephant herds as well as giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, antelope and, with some luck, lions and other predators. Your guide will choose the best areas to explore based on wildlife activity and current conditions.

After the game drive, leave the park and continue to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
