Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from JRO, followed by a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. You will have packed lunch boxes with you to enjoy during the day.

Tarangire National Park is famous for its impressive elephant herds and diverse landscapes, including vast savannah plains, seasonal wetlands, and the winding Tarangire River. During your game drive, keep an eye out for a wide range of wildlife, including lions hunting their prey and leopards resting high in the trees. After an exciting day exploring the park, you will return to your lodge to unwind, enjoy a delicious dinner, and spend the night.

In the afternoon, you will continue exploring the Serengeti on another exciting game drive before making your way to the camp for the evening.

Serengeti National Park is famous for its spectacular wildlife and the annual migration of vast herds of wildebeest, zebras, and antelopes. As you explore the endless savannah plains, you may also encounter some of Africa’s most impressive predators, including lions, cheetahs, and leopards, witnessing the fascinating balance of nature in the wild.

Game Drive in Serengeti National Park and transfer to Karatu for Overnight Stay

You will start the day with an early morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, giving you the chance to experience the park at its most peaceful and witness wildlife when it is most active. After the morning safari, you will depart the Serengeti and travel toward Karatu, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way.

Upon arrival in Karatu, you will check in to your lodge and have time to relax and unwind after your safari adventure. Dinner will be served at the lodge, followed by an overnight stay in Karatu, ready for the next day’s exciting visit to the Ngorongoro Crater.

Ngorongoro Crater to JRO/Arusha airport

After breakfast, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting game drive. The crater is one of Africa’s most beautiful natural wonders and is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffaloes, cheetahs, rhinos, and many species of birds. Lunch will be saved at the picnic site inside the park.

After the game drive, you will leave the crater and drive to Arusha. From Arusha/JRO, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight, marking the end of your safari.
