Day 1

Your shared Kenya Safari starts with pick up from Nairobi's City Market at 0730hrs and drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. Located on the Southern Part of Kenya about 275KMs from Nairobi, you will drive for approximately 6-7 hours skirting through the Great Rift Valley View Point and Narok Town. You will arrive at your camp in Masai Mara in time for lunch, check-in thereafter head out for an introductory afternoon game drive. Masai Mara is popularly known for its breathtaking landscapes and plenty of wildlife making it one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations with high concentration of wildlife. The park’s open grasslands provide an ideal hunting grounds for the apex predators such as lions, leopards and cheetahs.

Day 2

Masai Mara National Reserve

On this day you can decide to start with an optional Hot Air Balloon Safari at an extra cost of $450 per person with champagne breakfast. Proceed with a full day game drive within the reserve in search of The Big Five animals (Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Rhinos and Buffalo). What amazes tourists in this reserve is the annual migration of wildebeests. The animals shift in July and return in November and are among the seventh wonders of the world. Bird life is abundant as wildlife at the Mara, which boasts over 400 different bird species. Between 1600hrs and 1800hrs exit the park to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru National Park

Optional early morning visit to the Maasai Village at an extra cost of $25 Per Person before returning back to your hotel for breakfast then checkout. You will have the opportunity to learn and interact with the local Maasai Community, popular and better-known ethnic people in East Africa due to their traditional origins from areas surrounding Masai Mara Game Reserve. Depart Masai Mara for Lake Nakuru with a lunch stop in Narok Town. Proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park arriving at your hotel later in the evening, check-in, leisure time and dinner. If time permits you can have a short introductory game drive on your way to the hotel.

Day 4

Lake Nakuru – Amboseli National Park

Lake Nakuru – Amboseli National Park

Early breakfast, checkout and embark on a morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park in search of the big cats such as lions and leopards hunting before sunrise. Nakuru National Park is a standpoint and harbor for watching more than 400 species of birds in rift valley with the main highlight being the flamingos forming a stunningly beautiful deep pink band around the edge of the lake shore. The park is also a rhino sanctuary harboring a population of more than 100 black and white rhinos. At 1200hrs exit Nakuru park and drive further to Amboseli National Park with a stopover for Lunch in Naivasha. After lunch proceed with your journey to Amboseli arriving at your hotel before sunset for check-in and relaxation while enjoying perfect views of Africa’s highest mountain Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Rise up early for breakfast and embark on a full day game drive with parked lunch as you enjoy good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit. Despite its changing habitat, Amboseli National Park is possibly the best wildlife area in the whole of Africa to experience elephant at close range. Your game drive will take you to the observation hill to have a better overall view of the park including the adjacent marshy swamps. Wildlife is abundant in this park together with pelicans and other bird species. Your game viewing will be spread to cover the open plains, acacia woodland, rocky thorn bush country, swamps and marshland.

Rise up very early in the morning at 0500hrs grab some coffee and snacks then set our for a sunrise game drive. The best thing about sunrise game drives you stand high chances of spotting the big cats such as lions and cheetahs hunting as they are more active before sunrise. Also Amboseli National Park offers perfects views of Mt Kilimanjaro against the backdrop of herds of elephants crossing roads right Infront of your jeep. Exit the park at 0900hrs back to your hotel for full breakfast and then checkout driving back to Nairobi arriving later in the afternoon followed by a transfer to your hotel or Airport.
