Arusha - Southern Serengeti (Ndutu)

You’ll be collected from your hotel in Arusha and begin your journey to the Ndutu region of the Serengeti, one of Tanzania’s most rewarding wildlife areas. Enjoy a scenic drive through the changing landscapes before arriving in the Ndutu area.

After lunch at a scenic location, continue with an afternoon game drive as you make your way toward your camp. Keep your eyes open for wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, elephants, giraffes, and the predators that follow the abundant herds.

Ndutu is particularly famous during the Great Migration calving season, when large herds gather on the open plains to give birth. The abundance of newborn animals attracts predators such as lions, cheetahs, and hyenas, creating exceptional opportunities for wildlife viewing and photography.

After the afternoon game drive, begin your journey toward Karatu for a relaxing evening and overnight at your lodge.

Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

After breakfast, depart from Karatu and continue to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you will descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive.

Explore the crater floor until around midday, with opportunities to see lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and other wildlife within this unique natural ecosystem.

After the crater experience, begin your transfer back to Arusha, enjoying the scenic landscapes along the way. Arrive in Arusha in the Evening, marking the end of your memorable safari adventure.
