After breakfast your private safari begins with a drive towards Tarangire National Park a beautiful landscape of ancient baobabs open grasslands and seasonal wetlands. The park is known for its large elephant herds and abundant wildlife with lions, giraffes, zebras and many other species often encountered along the way. After a leisurely game drive continue to your luxury lodge in Karatu where the evening is yours to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Today is dedicated entirely to Ndutu, allowing you to experience the calving season without the need to rush between destinations. Head out early with your private guide as the plains come alive with migrating herds newborn calves and predators moving through the grasslands. Return to camp for a relaxed lunch before another game drive later in the day. As the sun sets over Ndutu, return to camp for an intimate evening in the heart of the wilderness.

Leave Ndutu after breakfast and continue north towards the central Serengeti where the landscape gradually opens into the classic endless plains for which Tanzania is famous. Along the way enjoy game viewing whenever wildlife appears with opportunities to encounter lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants and large herds of plains game. Arrive at your luxury camp in time to unwind enjoy dinner and spend the evening surrounded by the sounds of the Serengeti.

After an early breakfast begin your journey towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for your final game drive. The crater floor is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife including elephants, lions, buffalo, hippos and large herds of zebra and wildebeest. Enjoy a picnic lunch in this remarkable setting before ascending from the crater and continuing to Arusha where your six-day luxury safari comes to an end.
