Your day begins early with a private transfer from your accommodation in Zanzibar to Zanzibar Airport, with pickup scheduled between 5:00 AM and 6:30 AM, depending on the location of your hotel and the flight departure time.

Board your morning flight to Southern Serengeti (Ndutu), with a flight duration of approximately 2 hours. Upon arrival, meet your professional safari guide and begin your adventure with a game drive through the beautiful Ndutu plains.

Explore the area in search of the Great Migration, with opportunities to see wildebeest, zebras, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and other wildlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch, drinking water, and soft drinks in your private 4x4 safari jeep while continuing your game drive through the afternoon.

After breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive in the Ndutu area, taking advantage of the cooler hours when wildlife is often more active. Continue exploring the plains in search of wildebeest, zebras, lions, cheetahs, and other wildlife before leaving the migration area.

After the game drive, begin your scenic transfer towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy the changing landscapes along the way before arriving at your lodge, where you can relax and prepare for the following day’s Ngorongoro Crater experience.

Morning Game Drive in Ngorongoro Crater & Flight Back to Zanzibar

After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for your final safari experience. The crater is one of Tanzania’s most remarkable wildlife areas, offering excellent opportunities to see a wide variety of animals within the spectacular volcanic landscape.

Enjoy a morning game drive across the crater floor, searching for lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas, and other wildlife. With luck, you may also have the opportunity to spot the endangered black rhino. The cooler morning hours are ideal for wildlife viewing before the animals become less active during the warmer part of the day.

After the game drive, ascend from the crater and continue your transfer towards the airport. Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy lunch along the way before arriving at the airport for your flight back to Zanzibar.

Upon arrival in Zanzibar, you will be met by your private transfer driver and transferred to your hotel.
