Your safari begins with an early morning departure from your preferred location in nairobi or Jomo Kenyata international airport(JKIA) followed by a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley toward the Masai Mara. Continue through the countryside and arrive at your lodge or camp in time for lunch and check-in. After a short rest, head out for your first afternoon game drive across the famous Mara plains, where you may encounter lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and other wildlife. Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Begin the day with an early breakfast before setting out for a full-day game drive in the Masai Mara. Explore different areas of the reserve while searching for the Big Five and other wildlife, with a picnic lunch enjoyed at a scenic location inside the reserve. Continue your game viewing in the afternoon before visiting a traditional Maasai village, where you can learn about Maasai culture, traditions, dances, homes, and daily life. Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

For an unforgettable start to the morning, you may choose an optional hot-air balloon safari over the Masai Mara, offering spectacular aerial views of the savannah and wildlife below. After breakfast, depart the Mara and travel toward Lake Naivasha through the scenic Great Rift Valley. Arrive at your lodge for check-in, lunch, and relaxation. In the afternoon, enjoy a peaceful boat ride on Lake Naivasha, with opportunities to see hippos and a variety of waterbirds, including fish eagles and pelicans.

Day 4

After breakfast, proceed to Crescent Island Game Sanctuary for a unique guided walking safari. Take a short boat ride across Lake Naivasha before exploring the sanctuary on foot, walking among giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, antelopes, and other wildlife. The open landscape also provides excellent photography and bird-watching opportunities with a professional birding guide in charge. After the walk, return to the mainland for lunch and spend the afternoon relaxing at your lodge or enjoying additional bird watching around the lake.

You may also explore the park’s spectacular gorge areas depending on conditions and time. After lunch, return to your Lake Naivasha lodge for a relaxed evening, dinner, and overnight.

The park is also an excellent destination for bird watching, with opportunities to spot pelicans, flamingos when present, waterbirds, and numerous other species around the lake and surrounding habitats with aid of a professional birding guide. Continue exploring the park before proceeding to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
