Activity: Guided hike through lush green hills to the 80-meter high Materuni Waterfall (bring your swimsuit for a chilly dip!). Afterward, join a hands-on Chagga coffee-making workshop, learn to pick, roast, and grind your own fresh cup of Tanzanian coffee accompanied by local traditional songs.

Put on your hiking boots for an active day on Africa's highest peak. Enter the Kilimanjaro National Park via the Marangu Gate (1,860m) and hike through the dense, pristine montane rainforest up to Mandara Hut (2,700m).
Activity: 3–4 hours uphill hike, lunch at Mandara Hut, side trip to Maundi Crater for views of Kibo Peak and Northern Tanzania, 2–3 hours descent.
Trek Distance: ~16 km total (round trip).
