Begin your safari with a morning departure from Arusha to the beautiful Arusha National Park, located beneath the impressive Mount Meru. Enjoy a game drive through diverse landscapes including montane forest, open grasslands, acacia woodland and the scenic Momella Lakes. The park is known for its peaceful atmosphere and excellent opportunities to see giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, warthogs, waterbuck, bushbuck and various monkey species. Enjoy a full day exploring the Southern Serengeti, with morning and afternoon game drives designed to maximize your wildlife encounters. Follow animal activity across the endless grasslands, where large herds of wildebeest and zebra may be encountered depending on the season. Keep watch for lions resting near kopjes, cheetahs scanning the plains, hyenas moving between territories and elephants feeding in quieter areas.
