Begin your adventure with a scenic drive to Materuni Village, nestled on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy a guided walk through lush coffee and banana plantations to the beautiful Materuni Waterfalls, where you can admire the scenery and refresh yourself in the natural surroundings. Return to the village for a delicious traditional Tanzanian lunch and an authentic coffee experience, learning how local coffee is prepared from bean to cup. Later, continue to Chemka Hot Springs for a relaxing swim in its clear, warm turquoise waters before returning to Arusha for an overnight stay.

Arusha National Park Game Drive & Guided Walking Safari

After breakfast, depart from Arusha for Arusha National Park, one of Tanzania’s most scenic and diverse parks. Begin with a game drive through the park, looking for giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, warthogs, antelopes and a variety of birdlife, with beautiful views of Mount Meru. Later, enjoy a guided walking safari with an experienced ranger, offering a closer and more personal connection with nature as you explore the forest and surrounding landscapes on foot. After the activities, enjoy a relaxing drive back to Arusha and spend the night at Greenside Hotel.

Tarangire National Park; Elephants, Baobabs & Wildlife Safari

After breakfast, leave Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for an exciting full-day game drive. Famous for its large elephant herds and magnificent ancient baobab trees, Tarangire offers a beautiful and diverse wildlife experience. Explore the park’s savannah, woodland and seasonal river areas while looking for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, antelopes, lions and abundant birdlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park surrounded by the sounds of nature, then continue with an afternoon game drive before leaving Tarangire. In the evening, arrive at Marera Valley Lodge for a relaxing overnight stay and dinner, surrounded by the peaceful scenery of northern Tanzania.

Ngorongoro Crater; Unforgettable Wildlife Finale & Departure

After breakfast, depart from Marera Valley Lodge and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for your final and unforgettable wildlife experience. Descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting game drive across its fertile plains, home to a remarkable concentration of wildlife. Keep watch for lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, hyenas and, with some luck, the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater before continuing your game drive and taking in the breathtaking scenery. In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and begin your journey back. Your safari ends with a comfortable transfer to your Arusha hotel or airport, depending on your onward travel schedule.
