Zanzibar to Arusha Airport then drive to Tarangire National Park

On this day, you will be picked up from your hotel in Zanzibar and transferred to the airport for your flight to Arusha. Upon arrival, you will meet our company representative and begin your journey to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its large elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a day game drive exploring the park’s scenic landscapes and spotting animals such as lions, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest. In the evening, you will drive to Eileen’s Tree Inn for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day Game Drive in Ngorongoro Crater

After a relaxed breakfast, your driver-guide will pick you up from your accommodation and drive you into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. Explore the crater’s stunning landscapes, including its grasslands, wetlands, and soda lake, while spotting abundant wildlife such as lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, and hippos. The crater is also renowned for its rich wildlife concentration and offers a chance to see rhino. In the afternoon, enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by the crater’s spectacular scenery before continuing your game drive.

In the evening, you will drive back to your accommodation in Karatu.

On this day, you will enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the lodge. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have the option of visiting Mto wa Mbu for a cultural experience, where you can explore the local community, markets, and traditional way of life.

Afterward, your driver-guide will transfer you to Arusha Airport for your flight back to Zanzibar.
