Your journey begins with a hotel pickup, followed by a flight from Zanzibar to the Serengeti airstrip. Arriving in the late morning, you'll head straight into a game drive across the park's wildlife-rich landscapes. After a picnic lunch in a designated area, continue with another game drive into the afternoon, timed to close with a classic Serengeti sunset.

After breakfast, continue exploring Central Serengeti before tracking the herds south into Ndutu, following the great migration during calving season for maximum wildlife viewing along the way. Enjoy a picnic lunch out on the plains, then settle in for an overnight stay in Ndutu, ready for another game drive in the area the next morning.

Start the day with a full morning game drive across Ndutu, right in the heart of calving season action as predators track the herds. Afterward, there's the option to visit a Maasai boma, a chance to step into the culture and traditions of Tanzania's iconic tribe, before continuing on to your lodge in Karatu for the night.

Game drive in ngorongoro crater

After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater in search of the elusive black rhino, one of the hardest animals to spot in the wild. Often called Africa's "Noah's Ark," the crater holds an extraordinary density of wildlife elephants, hyenas, big cats, rhino, and more, all within one enclosed landscape. Break for lunch at Hippo Lake, then continue with an afternoon game drive as you ascend back to the crater rim. From there, check out of your lodge and transfer to the airstrip for your flight back to Zanzibar, closing out the safari.
