Arusha is the safari capital of the country and a bustling tourism-driven city. Your driver-guide will meet you in Arusha or at Arusha Airport, and together, you will begin the transfer to Tarangire National Park. The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River, which crosses the park and is the primary source of fresh water for wildlife. This quiet park is famous for its elephant migration, birdlife, and authentic safari atmosphere. You will enjoy a packed lunch at midday, and at the end of the afternoon’s game drive, you will make your way to your accommodation.

Day 2
Ngorongoro Crater Game drive

Be sure to wake up early today so there is no delay on your descent into the famous Ngorongoro Crater. As soon as you arrive in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you will be amazed by the beauty around you. Even more so when you arrive at the crater's edge and take in the fantastic view over one of the natural wonders of this world.
The crater of this inactive volcano is approximately 3 million years old, 20km² in size, and the largest unbroken volcanic caldera in the world. Due to its natural borders, the wildlife in the crater is amazing. The crater is home to the Big Five and offers an excellent chance to spot the rare black rhino. Throw hyenas, zebras, buffalos, and elephants into the mix, and you have the perfect canvas for a pretty awesome safari experience! At the end of the afternoon, you go to your lodge for a well-deserved night's rest.

Day 3
Lake Manyara Treetop Walkway & Game Drive – Return to Arusha
Lake Manyara Treetop Walkway & Game Drive – Return to Arusha
After breakfast, begin your final day with a visit to the Lake Manyara Treetop Walkway, a unique experience that allows you to explore the forest from above the ground. Walk along suspended bridges through the forest canopy and enjoy a different perspective of the surrounding natural environment. The walkway provides opportunities to observe birds, monkeys, butterflies, and other wildlife while experiencing the forest from a completely different viewpoint.
After the Treetop Walkway experience, continue into Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive. The park is known for its beautiful scenery, groundwater forests, large elephant populations, diverse birdlife, and the possibility of spotting wildlife along the lake and forest areas.
In the afternoon, you will leave Lake Manyara and drive back to Arusha. Your safari concludes upon arrival in Arusha, marking the end of your memorable Northern Tanzania wildlife adventure.
