Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Depart Arusha in the morning and drive to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its majestic baobab trees, diverse wildlife, and large elephant herds. Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive through the park, searching for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and numerous bird species. In the late afternoon, take a break before embarking on an exciting night game drive, offering a unique opportunity to experience Tarangire after dark and spot nocturnal wildlife such as bush babies, civets, genets, porcupines, and other elusive creatures. After the night drive, transfer to your lodge or camp for dinner and an overnight stay in the Tarangire area.

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park for a full morning game drive. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before departing for Mto wa Mbu. Here, experience the local culture through activities such as a village walk, traditional food tasting, or a visit to local artisans and farms. In the late afternoon, continue to Karatu for dinner and overnight at your lodge.

After breakfast in Karatu, depart for the Ndutu area, located in the southern Serengeti ecosystem. The drive offers beautiful scenery as you transition from the highlands into the open plains. Upon arrival, begin your game drive exploring the Ndutu region, renowned for its abundant wildlife and seasonal concentrations of the Great Migration. Keep an eye out for large herds of wildebeest and zebra, as well as lions, cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, elephants, and other wildlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your afternoon game drive. As the day ends, proceed to your lodge or camp in the Ndutu area for dinner and an overnight stay.
