Enjoy a picnic lunch in the reserve, allowing you to spend more time exploring the wilderness without returning to camp.

Enjoy an early breakfast at Ilora Retreats Camp before checking out and heading to the nearby airstrip for your scheduled flight to Amboseli National Park. Enjoy stunning aerial views of Kenya’s changing landscapes as you travel from the Mara to the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Upon arrival at the Amboseli airstrip, meet your safari guide and begin your transfer towards Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge. Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy lunch at the lodge before settling into your room and taking some time to relax.
In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive through Amboseli National Park. Explore the open plains and wetlands in search of its famous elephant herds, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and other wildlife, with the magnificent Mount Kilimanjaro providing a spectacular backdrop.

The morning offers excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing and photography, with Kilimanjaro creating a spectacular backdrop.
