Mto wa Mbu to Central Serengeti National Park

After breakfast in Mto wa Mbu, we depart and continue our journey toward the world-famous Serengeti National Park. The drive takes us through changing landscapes, from the green surroundings of the Great Rift Valley toward the vast plains of the Serengeti. Along the way, we may encounter wildlife and enjoy beautiful views of the Tanzanian countryside. After entering the Serengeti, we begin our game drive en route to Central Serengeti, also known as the Seronera area, which is renowned for its abundant wildlife and excellent opportunities to spot lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest. We enjoy a picnic lunch during the day before continuing our afternoon game drive. Later, we proceed to our lodge or tented camp for dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Game Drive Central Serengeti

After breakfast, we set out for a full-day game drive in Central Serengeti, exploring the Seronera Valley and its surrounding plains. This area is well known for its rich concentration of wildlife and diverse habitats. Throughout the day, we search for lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, and numerous bird species. Your experienced safari guide will carefully track animal movements and share fascinating insights about their behavior and the Serengeti ecosystem. We enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated area before continuing our afternoon game drive. As the sun begins to lower, we return to the lodge or camp for dinner, relaxation, and an overnight stay in the heart of the Serengeti.

After breakfast, we enjoy a half-day game drive in Central Serengeti, giving us another opportunity to explore the Seronera area and observe the incredible wildlife of the park. We may encounter lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, hyenas, and various bird species as we slowly make our way through the beautiful Serengeti plains. After the game drive, we begin our scenic journey toward Karatu, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and enjoying views of the changing landscapes along the way. Upon arrival in Karatu, we check in at our selected lodge, where you can relax and unwind after an exciting day.

After breakfast, we depart for the Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable game drive inside this spectacular natural wonder. Descending into the crater, we explore its diverse landscapes, including open grasslands, forests, wetlands, and the beautiful crater lake. The area is home to a remarkable variety of wildlife, and we may have the opportunity to see lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas, and many bird species. After enjoying a picnic lunch in a designated area, we continue exploring the crater before ascending and beginning our journey toward Mto wa Mbu. Upon arrival, we check in at our selected lodge or camp, followed by dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

After breakfast, we depart for Lake Manyara National Park for a memorable game drive through one of Tanzania’s most scenic wildlife areas. We explore the park’s forests, open grasslands, and lakeshore surroundings, with opportunities to spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeest, baboons, hippos, and a variety of colorful bird species. After the game drive, we exit the park and begin the drive back to Arusha. Upon arrival in Arusha, we proceed to Arusha Airport in time for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar. This marks the end of your safari adventure as you continue your journey to the beautiful beaches of Zanzibar.
