Your safari adventure begins in Zanzibar with a morning flight to Arusha Airport. Upon arrival, your safari guide will meet you and drive you to Tarangire National Park, famous for its impressive elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife.

Enjoy a full-day game drive through the park, exploring its beautiful landscapes and looking out for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, and a variety of bird species. Day 2

Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, depart from your accommodation in Karatu and drive to the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the crater for a full-day game drive, exploring one of Tanzania’s most remarkable wildlife areas.

The crater is home to a remarkable variety of animals, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and, with some luck, the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by spectacular scenery as you continue exploring the crater floor.

In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and return to Karatu for a relaxing evening at your accommodation.

Karatu to Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, depart from Karatu and drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive. The park is known for its beautiful scenery, diverse birdlife, large elephant herds, and tree-climbing lions. Explore the park’s forests, open plains, and lakeshore while looking out for giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, hippos, and other wildlife.

After the game drive, continue to Arusha, where you will be transferred to Arusha Airport for your flight back to Zanzibar, marking the end of your memorable 3-day safari.
