Pick from your hotel in Zanzibar around 5am, transfer to the airport for your flight to Arusha. Upon arrival, meet your professional safari driver-guide for a short briefing before beginning your journey toward Tarangire National Park. Enjoy the scenic drive through Tanzania’s countryside, passing Maasai plains, local villages, and beautiful rolling landscapes.
Upon arrival at Tarangire, begin an exciting game drive through the park, famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Keep watch for lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, antelopes, and numerous bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic location inside the park before continuing your afternoon game drive.

After breakfast, depart Karatu and journey toward the remarkable Ndutu region, part of the greater southern Serengeti ecosystem. During the calving season, typically from January to March, the area comes alive as vast herds of wildebeest gather across the plains to give birth, creating an unforgettable spectacle of life and survival.
Spend the day exploring Ndutu on extensive game drives across open grasslands, seasonal lakes, and wildlife-rich plains.
