Day 2
Murchison Game Drive and Boat

Start before sunrise with a private game drive across the northern savannahs of Murchison Falls National Park in a normal closed 4x4 vehicle. Search for elephants, giraffes, buffalo, lions, antelope and abundant birdlife before returning for breakfast. After lunch, take an included boat trip on the Victoria Nile toward the base of the falls, watching for hippos, crocodiles and animals gathering along the riverbanks, then return to the lodge for dinner.

After breakfast, leave Murchison Falls and travel south through changing countryside toward Queen Elizabeth National Park. Stop for lunch along the route and continue past tea-growing areas, crater landscapes and views toward the Rwenzori Mountains. Enter the park in the afternoon for an included game drive in a normal closed 4x4 vehicle, looking for elephants, buffalo, Uganda kob and other plains wildlife before reaching your mid-range lodge for dinner.

After breakfast, leave Queen Elizabeth National Park and travel south through rolling highlands toward Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The drive reveals terraced farms, forested slopes and lively villages, with a lunch stop along the route. Arrive near Bwindi’s rainforest in the afternoon, settle into your comfortable mid-range lodge and meet your guide for a detailed briefing about the following day’s mountain gorilla trek before dinner.

Day 6
Mountain Gorilla Trekking
Mountain Gorilla Trekking
After an early breakfast, continue to the park headquarters for registration and a briefing by expert rangers. Enter Bwindi’s rainforest for the included gorilla trekking activity in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family; the trek may take several hours depending on their location. Spend the permitted time observing and photographing the gorillas, enjoy a packed lunch and return through the forest to your lodge for a relaxed evening and dinner.

Lake Bunyonyi and Return
Lake Bunyonyi and Return
Enjoy breakfast, then leave Bwindi and travel to Lake Bunyonyi for panoramic views of its islands, terraced hills and calm highland waters. Spend time beside the lake and take in the scenery before beginning the return journey through southwestern Uganda. Stop for lunch along the route and reach Entebbe in the evening for drop-off at your agreed hotel or the airport, where this seven-day safari ends.
