Day 2

After breakfast, meet your private safari guide and begin your journey to Tarangire National Park. The drive takes you through the countryside and local villages before reaching the park.
Tarangire is known for its enormous elephant herds, ancient baobab trees and beautiful seasonal landscapes. Once inside the park, begin your first game drive, with opportunities to see elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, impalas, lions and many other species.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing your afternoon game drive. Your guide will choose the best areas based on wildlife activity and the season.
As the afternoon progresses, make your way to your luxury lodge or tented camp located inside or close to the park. Relax with a drink while enjoying the surrounding wilderness before dinner.

Day 3

After breakfast, depart Tarangire and continue towards the legendary Serengeti National Park.
The journey takes you through changing landscapes, from the highlands towards the open plains of the Serengeti. Along the way, your guide can make stops for photographs and wildlife viewing.
After entering the Serengeti, begin your first game drive in the park. The Serengeti is home to large populations of lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, cheetahs, hyenas and other wildlife.
Depending on the season, your guide will focus on areas where wildlife is most active. During the migration months, you may also have the opportunity to see large concentrations of wildebeest and zebra.
Continue with an afternoon game drive before arriving at your luxury lodge or tented camp.

During your game drive, look for lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas and flamingos. With some luck, you may also encounter the endangered black rhinoceros.

Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater before continuing your afternoon game drive.

After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park for your final game drive of the safari.
Lake Manyara offers a completely different environment from the Serengeti and Ngorongoro. The park features groundwater forests, open grasslands, acacia woodland and the dramatic Rift Valley escarpment.
During your game drive, you may see elephants moving through the forest, giraffes feeding in the open areas, buffalo, zebras, baboons, monkeys and hippos around the lake.
Lake Manyara is also known for its rich birdlife, making it an enjoyable final morning in Tanzania's Northern Circuit.
After the game drive, continue to the airport for your flight to Zanzibar.
Upon arrival in Zanzibar, you will be met and transferred to your luxury beach resort.
