Arusha to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart from Arusha and begin your journey to the legendary Serengeti National Park, one of Tanzania’s most famous wildlife destinations. Travel through the scenic landscapes of northern Tanzania and enjoy views of the Great Rift Valley and Ngorongoro highlands along the way. Upon entering the Serengeti, begin your game drive across the vast golden plains, home to an incredible variety of wildlife. Keep watch for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, gazelles and other species. Depending on the season, you may also witness the Great Wildebeest Migration. Your experienced safari guide will take you through prime wildlife areas while sharing fascinating insights about the Serengeti ecosystem. Continue with an afternoon game drive before heading to Tanzania Bush Camp for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Wake early and enjoy breakfast before setting out for a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park. After the game drive, continue your journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying the changing scenery from the open Serengeti plains to the lush volcanic highlands. Along the way, look out for wildlife and beautiful landscapes. Arrive at Ngorongoro Wild Camp, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After an early breakfast, descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting morning game drive. Often regarded as one of Tanzania’s most remarkable wildlife areas, the crater is home to a high concentration of animals. Explore the crater floor in search of lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas and gazelles. With luck, you may also spot the endangered black rhinoceros. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater while surrounded by breathtaking volcanic scenery and abundant wildlife. After the game drive, ascend from the crater and begin your journey back to Arusha. Arrive in the late afternoon or evening, marking the end of your 3-day Tanzania mid-range safari through the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Conservation Area. End of tour.
