Welcome to Tanzania! Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your lodge in Arusha.

Depending on your arrival time, spend the remainder of the day relaxing after your journey and preparing for the exciting safari ahead. Arusha is beautifully situated beneath Mount Meru and serves as the gateway to Tanzania's famous Northern Safari Circuit.

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, meet your professional safari guide and depart in your private 4x4 safari vehicle for Tarangire National Park.

Tarangire is famous for its magnificent baobab trees, beautiful landscapes and some of the largest concentrations of elephants in northern Tanzania. During the dry season, the Tarangire River attracts an impressive variety of wildlife, while the park remains rewarding throughout the year.

Spend the day exploring the park in search of elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, antelopes and predators such as lions and leopards. Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by nature before continuing your afternoon game drive.

Later, proceed to your lodge overlooking the wilderness for dinner and overnight.

Tarangire to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart Tarangire and begin your scenic journey towards the legendary Serengeti National Park.

Travel through the beautiful landscapes of the Great Rift Valley and Ngorongoro Highlands before crossing the Ngorongoro Conservation Area towards the Serengeti.

As you enter the Serengeti, the landscape gradually opens into the vast plains for which the park is famous. Enjoy an afternoon game drive en route to your camp, with opportunities to encounter giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, elephants, buffaloes and predators.

Arrive at your camp in the late afternoon or early evening for dinner and your first night in the heart of the Serengeti wilderness.

Full-Day Serengeti National Park

Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the world-famous Serengeti National Park.

After breakfast, set out with your professional safari guide for an extensive game drive across the Serengeti plains. Your guide will select the most rewarding areas according to wildlife movements and current conditions.

The Serengeti supports an extraordinary diversity of wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, hippos and large herds of plains game. Every game drive offers a different experience, from watching predators searching for prey to encountering elephants moving peacefully across the savannah.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park and continue exploring during the afternoon.

Later, return to Tukaone Camps for dinner and another relaxing evening surrounded by the sights and sounds of the African wilderness.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater & Karatu

After an early breakfast, depart the Serengeti and enjoy wildlife viewing as you make your way towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Upon arrival at the crater, descend approximately 600 metres to the crater floor for an exciting game drive in one of Africa's most remarkable wildlife destinations.

The Ngorongoro Crater is home to an exceptional concentration of wildlife. Look out for lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas and various antelope species. With some luck, you may also encounter the endangered black rhino.

Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater while surrounded by spectacular scenery before continuing your game drive.

Later in the afternoon, ascend from the crater and drive through the beautiful Ngorongoro Highlands to Karatu.

Arrive at your lodge for a well-deserved dinner and relaxing overnight stay after an incredible day of wildlife viewing.
