Nairobi to Masai Mara

Depart Nairobi in the morning and travel through the spectacular Great Rift Valley, with a scenic stop along the way. Continue to the Maasai Mara, arriving in time for lunch.

After lunch, embark on your first afternoon game drive. Explore the vast savannah plains in search of elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, cheetahs, and other wildlife.

As the sun sets over the Mara, return to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Masai Mara National Reserve

Wake up early for an exciting morning game drive. The cool morning hours provide excellent opportunities to see wildlife as predators and other animals are active.

After breakfast, continue exploring the reserve with your guide. The Maasai Mara is famous for its high concentration of wildlife and is part of the greater Mara-Serengeti ecosystem.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the reserve before continuing your game drive into the afternoon. You may encounter lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, giraffes, zebras and large herds of wildebeests.

Return to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Mara to Naivasha

Enjoy an early morning game drive before breakfast, giving you one final opportunity to explore the Mara.

After breakfast, check out and drive towards Lake Naivasha. Arrive in the afternoon and check in at your lodge or hotel.

Later, enjoy a relaxing boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you can see hippos, fish eagles and a variety of water birds. The peaceful lake and surrounding scenery provide a wonderful contrast to the Mara's savannah landscape.

Return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

After lunch, depart Lake Naivasha and drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon or early evening.
