Safari to Tarangire

Safari to Tarangire

Your safari begins in the morning with a scenic drive from Arusha towards Tarangire National Park, famous for its impressive elephant herds, ancient baobab trees and beautiful savannah landscapes.

Enter the park and begin your first game drive, keeping your eyes open for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, antelope and, with some luck, lions and other predators.

Tarangire is particularly known for its elephants and iconic baobab scenery, creating some of the most memorable photographic settings in northern Tanzania. Enjoy your meal surrounded by the sights and sounds of Africa an experience designed to make lunch itself part of the safari.

After lunch, continue your game drive through Tarangire, exploring different habitats and following the wildlife activity of the afternoon. As the day begins to cool, depart the park and continue towards the Manyara Escarpment/Karatu area, where you will check in, relax and enjoy dinner.

Safari to serengeti

After breakfast, The journey itself becomes part of the adventure as the landscape changes dramatically from the highlands and crater landscapes towards the vast open plains of the Serengeti.

The Serengeti is renowned for its extraordinary wildlife, large predator populations, diverse landscapes and the annual Great Migration. Enter the park and begin your first extended Serengeti game drive.

Today is about exploration and discovery. Your experienced safari guide will read the landscape, tracks and animal behaviour while searching for opportunities to encounter lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife. At midday, enjoy another freshly prepared bush lunch in the wilderness, surrounded by the atmosphere of the Serengeti.

Before heading to your accommodation, pause at a carefully selected viewpoint for a memorable Serengeti sundowner.

Raise a glass of wine as the African sky changes colour and the sun slowly disappears over the endless plains.

Central serengeti

After an early breakfast, set out with your guide for another full day of wildlife exploration.

Depending on the season and location, the day may bring encounters with large herds of zebra and wildebeest, elephants, giraffes, buffalo and some of Africa's most famous predators. The Serengeti is home to lions, leopards, cheetahs and hyenas, while the wider ecosystem supports remarkable concentrations.

At midday, enjoy a freshly prepared bush lunch surrounded by the Serengeti wilderness.

There is something special about sitting down to a proper meal in the middle of one of Africa's most iconic landscapes — no restaurant walls, no city noise, just nature around you. Continue the game drive into the afternoon, taking advantage of the changing light and wildlife activity.

Before returning to camp, stop at a beautiful viewpoint for an authentic Serengeti sunset and sundowner.

Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the last golden light stretch across the plains.

Safari to Ngorongoro

Wake early and enjoy breakfast before beginning your journey towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa's most remarkable natural landscapes.

The crater is a vast volcanic caldera with diverse habitats including grasslands, forests, wetlands and a lake, supporting a remarkable concentration of wildlife. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority describes the crater as one of the area's most popular game-drive destinations.

Begin your crater game drive, searching for lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas and, with luck, the endangered black rhinoceros.

Enjoy your final freshly prepared safari lunch in the designated picnic area, surrounded by the extraordinary crater landscape.

Take a final look back across the crater rim — a fitting farewell to your Tanzanian wilderness adventure.

From here, continue your journey towards Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon or evening for drop-off.
