Depart Nairobi at 8:00 AM and journey north toward Ol Pejeta Conservancy, arriving at Sweetwaters Tented Camp in time for lunch. After settling in and enjoying a relaxed midday break, head out at around 3:00 PM for your first game drive across the conservancy.

Explore Ol Pejeta’s diverse landscapes in search of black and white rhinos, elephants, lions, buffalo, giraffes, and other wildlife, while taking in the conservancy’s renowned conservation setting.

Return to Serena Sweetwaters Tented Camp for dinner and overnight.

Spend a full day exploring Ol Pejeta Conservancy, with morning and afternoon game drives across its diverse landscapes. Enjoy excellent opportunities to encounter rhinos, elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffalo, and other wildlife, with sightings varying according to the day’s conditions.

Visit the Chimpanzee Sanctuary, a unique refuge for rescued and orphaned chimpanzees, and learn more about the conservation work taking place at the conservancy.

Enjoy breakfast at the lodge before departing Ol Pejeta Conservancy and journeying south toward Lake Nakuru National Park, a renowned sanctuary for rhinos and an important habitat for a wide variety of birdlife.

Arrive in time for lunch and settle in before heading out on a late-afternoon game drive. Explore the park’s scenic landscapes and keep watch for rhinos, lions, leopards, buffalo, giraffes, and other wildlife.

Take in panoramic views of the lake from one of the park’s scenic viewpoints, with the waters and surrounding landscapes creating a spectacular safari setting. Depending on the season and conditions, you may also see flamingos and other waterbirds along the lake’s shores.
