Arrival and Sunset Game Drive in Manyeleti

Guests are met at Nelspruit or Nelspruit Airport (MQP) and transferred privately (approximately 3.5 to 4 hours) to Ndzhaka Tented Camp, tucked away in dense riverine forest inside Manyeleti Game Reserve. Manyeleti, meaning Place of Stars, is the unfenced northern extension of the world-famous Sabi Sands and lies directly against Kruger National Park, offering the same Big 5 wildlife with almost no other vehicles sharing the traversing area. After a late lunch on arrival and time to settle in and relax beside the camp's waterhole, guests set off in the afternoon on a sunset game drive that continues into a night drive with spotlights, revealing nocturnal wildlife such as leopards, hyenas and owls. The evening concludes with a signature bush boma dinner served under the stars at the camp.

Full Day Game Viewing in Manyeleti

An early sunrise game drive sets out at 05h30, exploring the unfenced 23,000-hectare Manyeleti traversing area in search of lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhino, followed by a bush breakfast enjoyed out in the reserve. The remainder of the morning is free to relax around the lodge, unwind on the private deck and watch elephants and nyalas wander past the in-camp waterhole. After lunch served at the lodge, guests head out again in the late afternoon for a sunset game drive that continues into a night drive with spotlights, offering excellent chances to spot nocturnal predators. The day ends with dinner and an overnight stay back at the camp.

Final Game Drive and Departure

Guests rise early for a final sunrise game drive through Manyeleti at 05h30, making the most of the last opportunity to view the reserve's abundant wildlife in the soft morning light before the heat of the day sets in. Breakfast is served back at camp at around 09h00. Afterwards, guests check out and are driven by private transfer back to Nelspruit or Nelspruit Airport (MQP) for their onward travel, bringing this exclusive Manyeleti safari to a close.
