Day 1

Arusha NP to Karatu

Arusha NP to Karatu

Pick up from your stay in Arusha then drive to Arusha National Park. A packed lunch will be provided for you to enjoy during the day.

Upon arrival, we will set out on an exciting game drive through the park, offering excellent opportunities to observe its diverse wildlife. After the game drive, you will have the unique opportunity to explore the park on foot, accompanied by an experienced park ranger.

Arusha National Park is home to a remarkable variety of wildlife, including African elephants, Cape buffaloes, hippos, zebras, giraffes, and the more elusive wildebeest. The park is also renowned for its spectacular and diverse landscapes, ranging from vast open savannah and acacia woodlands to lush montane rainforest.

Once you finish game drives we will transfer you to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, we will depart for Serengeti National Park, one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations. Enjoy a scenic journey through the Tanzanian landscape before beginning your wildlife adventure in the park.

We will stop for lunch at a suitable location within the park, then continue with an exciting afternoon game drive as we explore the vast Serengeti plains and make our way to the camp for the evening.

The Serengeti is world-renowned for its spectacular migrating herds of wildebeest, zebras, and antelope. As you explore the park, keep your eyes open for its resident predators, including lions, cheetahs, and leopards, as they play their vital role in the fascinating circle of life.

Today, wake up early and enjoy an exciting morning game drive in Serengeti National Park. In the afternoon, depart for Karatu where we will spend the night at accommodation located in Karatu near Ngorongoro Crater. Staying there gives you the opportunity to descend into the crater early the following morning, when the animals are still highly active, offering excellent wildlife-viewing opportunities.

The Serengeti is world-renowned for its spectacular migrating herds of zebra, antelope, and wildebeest. Be prepared to encounter resident predators, including leopards, cheetahs, and lions, as they play their vital role in the circle of life.

After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting game drive. Explore the crater floor and enjoy the opportunity to see a remarkable variety of wildlife in their natural habitat. Once the game drive is complete, we will transfer you to Arusha at Clock tower where our service ends.

The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and is one of Africa’s most remarkable natural wonders. The crater is home to approximately 30,000 large mammals year-round, including buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos, as well as a wide variety of bird species such as flamingos, eagles, and vultures. Be prepared to see an incredible concentration of wildlife within a relatively short time, making your visit to Ngorongoro a truly unforgettable safari experience.
