Day 2

After breakfast, depart Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its huge elephant herds, ancient baobab trees and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a game drive through the park, searching for elephants, lions, leopards, buffalo, giraffes, zebras and many other species before heading to your lodge for the evening.

After breakfast, continue your safari to Lake Manyara National Park, a beautiful park located beneath the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Enjoy a game drive through lush forests and open plains while looking for elephants, giraffes, buffalo, hippos, flamingos and the park’s famous tree-climbing lions. Continue to your accommodation after the game drive.

Today you travel toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting game drive. The crater is home to a remarkable concentration of wildlife, offering excellent opportunities to see lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos and the endangered black rhino in their natural environment, then heading to your lodge.

Arrive at your lodge or camp in Central Serengeti for dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by nature.
