Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by a representative from Serengeti Insider Safaris and transferred to the comfort of Arusha Farm House for your first night. Take this time to relax and recover from your journey while enjoying the peaceful, lush surroundings of the property. Later in the day, you will meet with your dedicated safari guide for a comprehensive orientation briefing, where you will discuss the exciting itinerary for the week ahead.

Day 2
Arusha - Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, we depart from Arusha and head south toward the iconic landscapes of Tarangire National Park. Known as the land of giants, Tarangire is celebrated for its ancient, towering baobab trees and its incredibly large herds of elephants that roam the savanna. Upon arrival, we head straight into the park for an immersive afternoon game drive. You will have the opportunity to observe a wide variety of wildlife congregating along the banks of the Tarangire River. As the sun begins to set, we will travel to the comfortable Suricata Boma Lodge, where you can enjoy a delicious dinner and relax for the night, surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of the Tanzanian bush.

Set off early from the Central Serengeti toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend 600 meters onto the famous Ngorongoro Crater floor. Enjoy an extraordinary game drive inside this intact volcanic caldera—spotting dense wildlife populations including black rhinos, flamingos, and large pride lions—before ascending the crater walls and transferring back to Arusha to conclude your safari.
