Golden Monkey Trekking in Volcanoes National Park & Flight Departure

Start the day at 07:00 AM at the Kinigi Park Headquarters in Volcanoes National Park for a briefing on golden monkey tracking. Hike into the lower bamboo zone of the Virunga Mountains to spend a lively hour watching these energetic, endangered primates leap through the canopy and forage on bamboo shoots. Following your trek, return to the lodge to refresh and check out before taking the scenic 2.5-hour drive back to Kigali, where you can enjoy an optional souvenir shopping stop before being transferred to Kigali International Airport in time for your evening flight home.
