Nairobi to Masai Mara

Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive to the Maasai Mara National Reserve, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way. Upon arrival, proceed to Ilkeliani Mara Camp and check in.

After lunch, head out for an afternoon game drive to explore the reserve and look out for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife. Later, return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Masai Mara Full day

After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring the Maasai Mara National Reserve in search of its incredible wildlife. Your driver-guide will take you through different areas of the reserve, offering opportunities to spot the Big Five and other wildlife.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the reserve to maximise your time on safari before continuing with your afternoon game drive. In the late afternoon, return to Ilkeliani Mara Camp for dinner and relaxation.

After breakfast, check out of Ilkeliani Mara Camp and transfer to Naboisho Conservancy, where you will be staying at Basecamp Wilderness.

Upon arrival, meet the camp's guide and team before settling in and enjoying lunch. In the afternoon, join a shared game drive with other guests staying at the camp.

Explore the beautiful Naboisho Conservancy, known for its rich wildlife, scenic landscapes and excellent opportunities to spot lions, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes and other animals.

After the game drive, return to Basecamp Wilderness for dinner and an overnight stay.

Depending on the camp's schedule, enjoy morning and afternoon game drives with time to return to camp for meals and relaxation.

In the evening, return to Basecamp Wilderness for dinner and your final night in the African wilderness.

Departure

After breakfast, check out of Basecamp Wilderness and transfer to the designated pick-up point, where your Mara Triangle Safaris driver-guide will meet you.

You will then begin your return journey to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for your onward flight or at your Nairobi hotel, depending on your travel arrangements.
