Ferry from Zanzibar to Dar Es Salaam, City tour & Drive to Nyerere National Park

Early morning transfer to the Zanzibar ferry terminal and board the boat to Dar es Salaam.

Upon arrival, meet your private guide and safari jeep and begin your city experience.

Visit the National Museum to discover Tanzania's history and cultural heritage, then continue to Askari Monument, Azania Front and St. Joseph's Cathedral.

Explore Kivukoni Fish Market to experience the city's coastal trading culture before heading to Kariakoo Market, where you can walk through the busy market and experience everyday local life.

After lunch, leave Dar es Salaam and drive by private 4x4 safari jeep towards Nyerere National Park.

Arrive in the evening, check in, enjoy dinner and relax for the night.

Full Day Game Drive in Nyerere National Park

After an early breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive in Nyerere National Park.

Explore the park's vast plains, woodland and areas around the Rufiji River while searching for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, crocodiles, lions and African wild dogs.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park and continue with afternoon game viewing, giving you more time to explore different habitats and photograph wildlife.

Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.
