Nairobi - Maasai Mara

You'll be picked up from your hotel or the airport and depart for the Maasai Mara National Reserve, stopping briefly at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint for some photos. Then continue to Lenchada Tourist camp in time for check-in and lunch.

After lunch, leave the camp for an afternoon game drive in search of big game.

Return to the camp in the evening for dinner and your overnight stay.

Masai Mara

Have breakfast, then enjoy a half-day or full day game drive in the Maasai Mara, lasting about four to five hours and usually starting at dawn, when predators are most active. You will traverse the golden savannah in an open-top safari vehicle to spot lions, leopards, and elephants, then return to the lodge for lunch and afternoon relaxation.

Guests can also enjoy optional activities like a hot-air balloon safari, offering a sunrise flight over the plains where you float silently above the grasslands to watch herds of animals from the air. There's also a Maasai Cultural Village visit, a guided tour of a traditional homestead (manyatta), where you will meet local Maasai and watch traditional jumping dances. These activities come at an extra cost.
