Day 1

Your adventure begins at Entebbe, where you board a boat for a scenic transfer across Lake Victoria to Mabamba Wetland. Upon arrival, you'll switch to smaller motorised boats, specially suited to navigating the narrow channels through the papyrus swamps. With your guide, you'll explore the wetland in search of the famous shoebill stork in its natural habitat. Once spotted, take your time to enjoy this rare encounter and capture amazing photographs. After a satisfying birdwatching experience, you'll cruise back to Nakiwogo Landing Site, where your vehicle will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel.
