Day 1

Your adventure begins early in the morning with breakfast at your hotel in Moshi.

After breakfast, meet your driver-guide and depart for Marangu Gate, the entrance to Kilimanjaro National Park.

Complete the park registration and entry formalities before meeting your mountain guide & begin your hike through the beautiful montane rainforest.

The trail takes you through lush vegetation, towering trees and a peaceful natural environment.

Enjoy opportunities to observe native birdlife and learn about the mountain's unique ecosystem from your guide.

Continue ascending towards Mandara Hut, located at approximately 2,700 metres above sea level.

Take time to relax, enjoy your packed lunch and appreciate the surrounding mountain scenery upon Arrival.

After break, begin the descent back along the same trail towards Marangu Gate.

Upon arrival, complete the exit procedures & transfer to Moshi.

Arrive in Moshi in late afternoon, marking the end of your Kilimanjaro day hiking adventure.
