Morning flight from Zanzibar to Arusha, then Drive towards Tarangire National Park

Start by catch your scheduled flight from Zanzibar to Arusha Airport in the morning, where you will be warmly welcomed by our professional safari guide from the office upon arrival.

After a short safari briefing, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, a drive of approximately 2.5 to 3 hours through the scenic landscapes of Northern Tanzania.

Upon arrival, you will enjoy an exciting game drive in this beautiful national park, famous for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds. You may also spot lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, antelopes, and a variety of bird species during your safari.

You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park followed by an afternoon game drive before continuing to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Full Day Of Cultural Experience at Lake Eyasi (Hadzabe & Datoga)

After breakfast, you will drive to Lake Eyasi, a journey of approximately 1 to 1.5 hours through the beautiful Great Rift Valley landscapes.

Upon arrival, you will spend the day visiting local communities including the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes, where you will experience their traditional way of life in a respectful and authentic environment.

You will learn about traditional hunting techniques, local customs, daily activities, and cultural practices that have been preserved for generations.

This cultural experience offers a rare opportunity to connect with one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer communities in East Africa.

After the cultural activities and lunch, you will return to your lodge in Karatu for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Ngorongoro Crater Tour then Return to Arusha for Your Flight Back to Zanzibar

After an early breakfast, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive inside this breathtaking natural wildlife sanctuary.

You will descend into the crater and explore its spectacular landscapes filled with abundant wildlife including lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, hyenas, flamingos, and with some luck, the rare black rhino.

You will enjoy a picnic lunch at the crater floor surrounded by beautiful scenery and wildlife before ascending from the crater in the afternoon.

Later, you will drive back to Arusha, then transfer to the Airport, which takes approximately 3.5 to 4 hours, for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar, marking the end of your unforgettable safari and cultural adventure.
