This tour can commence immediately upon arrival in the morning here at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport if you opt not to have a break in Nairobi.
It can also start after your overnight stay in Nairobi. Have a meet and greet by a Back of Africa Adventure representative for a short safari briefing. Afterwards, your magical Kenya safari experience will take off. Together with your driver guide, depart and drive to the northern part of Kenya—the Samburu National Reserve. You'll be arriving at the lodge in time for lunch. The afternoon is spent at leisure viewing the wildlife across these beautiful dotted plains of Samburu Game Reserve. You'll be in search of game that includes big cats, topis, hartebeest, oribis, Grant’s and Thomson gazelles, buffalo, waterbucks, vervet monkeys, olive baboons, and many other species of birds that call this park home.

Wake before dawn for the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to witness a sunrise. After a quick cup of coffee, you'll head out into the park to watch as the sun sets fire to the savannah and the big cats take advantage of the morning cool to search for a meal.
The game viewing in Samburu Game Reserve is done mostly very early in the morning and late in the afternoon when the sun has cooled off.
You'll then return to your lodge for a late breakfast and relaxation at the lodge swimming pool; alternatively, visit the Samburu community or community to learn more about their lifestyle and norms and cultural practices.
Hot lunch is served at the lodge; thereafter, head out to the park for an afternoon exploration. Return to the lodge for an overnight stay in the evening.
The location of your accommodation gives you more opportunity to view wildlife while sitting by your lodge.

Depart Samburu Game Reserve after an early breakfast and a morning game viewing. The drive is taking you to the base of Mount Kenya, Sweetwater's conservancy, which works to conserve wildlife, provide a sanctuary for great apes, and generate income through wildlife tourism and complementary enterprises for re-investment in conservation and community development.
The lions are the most numerous of the big cats here, with six resident prides bringing the total lion population to 72. The Conservancy is also home to around 30 cheetahs and 20 elusive leopards. This conservancy is the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa and home to two of the world's last remaining northern white rhinos. It is the only place in Kenya to see chimpanzees, in a sanctuary established to rehabilitate animals rescued from the black market.
The game viewing here is superb, as the wildlife moves freely within this untamed natural habitat.

Day 4

Early morning game viewing at Ol Pajeta Conservancy and, in the fullness of time, returning to the lodge for a delectable breakfast. Depart the conservancy for a drive to Lake Nakuru via the Nyahuru Thomson waterfall. A brief stop here as you get to know more about the waterfall and why it was named after Joseph Thomson, who was the first European to reach the falls in 1883.
The drive is taking us to Lake Nakuru National Park (188 km2, 73 mi2), which was created in 1961 and is often described as an ornithologist’s paradise. An outstanding place to watch, at times, over 1 million pink flamingos wading along the shores of the shallow, alkaline water lake. Hundreds of other water birds, including pelicans, marabou storks, seagulls, avocets, plovers, and stilts, can also be found at the lake itself. This park is home to black and white rhinos.

Today, after breakfast, we will go for an extensive game viewing within this park. We will depart in good time for Hell's Gate National Park, which is not far from Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrive in good time for a hot lunch at the lodge as you wait for the sun to cool off. The tour this afternoon is by boat ride to the crescent island. It is one of the most beautiful islands in Naivasha and is often called Naivasha’s best-kept secret. Perfect for wildlife watching and fans of the wilderness, it is on this island that the movie “Out of Africa” was filmed, among other locations such as the Maasai Mara, the Samburu Shaba National Game Reserve, and Nairobi-Ngong Hills.
The wildlife (herbivores) that were introduced to this island purposely for film production still resides here to date. It is a safe place for a walking safari for flora and fauna.
The rest of the evening will end at the lodge on a full-board basis as we all wait for the new day to be delivered to us by Mother Nature.

This morning, you have a chance to visit Hell’s Gate National Park for a cycling or walking safari, and then this morning, together with your guide, depart and leisurely drive to Amboseli National Park.
Arrive in the early afternoon for a hot lunch and an evening game viewing in this park well known as "The Home of the African Elephant." It is one of Kenya's most popular parks, close to the Namanga border and mount, and is topped by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak. This park is named after a Maasai word that means "salty dust," and it is one of the best places in Africa to see large herds of elephants up close. Nature enthusiasts can explore five different habitats here, including the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulfur springs, savannah, and woodlands.

A day in this photogenic park Morning and afternoon game viewing are recommended. When the sun is up in the sky, return to the lodge for relaxation and make good use of the lodge facilities, such as the swimming pool. Hot lunch onsite. Late afternoon game viewing.
Amboseli National Park is one of the most popular wildlife sanctuaries in Kenya. It is situated close to Kenya and the Tanzania border. The park lies at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa (5,896 m), whose snow-capped summit presents a splendid view on clear days. The park is often referred to as “the home of elephants. Some of the largest elephant herds are found here all year. The name "Amboseli" comes from a Maasai word meaning "salty dust," and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here, ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli to wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannah, and woodlands.
