Transfer Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha

You'll meet your professional driver-guide at Kilimanjaro Airport drive to Mc Ellys Hotel in Arusha town, only one hour driving.

On the way to Mc-Ellys Hotel, the driver will show you Mt Kilimanjaro, Mt Meru, coffee and banana farms, then pass to the Bureau de change to change the money. Then, you'll be dropped off at Mc-Ellys Hotel for an overnight stay, bed and breakfast.

Wildebeest Migration -Lake Ndutu

Your safari will begin by 8 AM with a pick-up from your hotel in Arusha and a drive with a picnic lunch packed to Lake Ndutu. The drive to Ndutu is about 5.5 hours, covering a distance of 260 km. 2 hours into the drive, you will enter the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA), where you will notice the landscape changing from hilly forests to plain and green grasslands.

Once you reach Ndutu, you will begin a half-day game drive with a convenient stop for your picnic lunch. Sweeping grasslands cover the region, which gradually fade into the Serengeti. Ndutu forms a part of the route for the annual migration of more than 2 million Wildebeests and thousands of zebras, antelopes, and gazelles.

The Ndutu is also the home ground for 6 species of big cats —Leopards, lions, cheetahs, caracals, servals, and wildcats.

After sunset, you'll be driven to Ndutu Heritage Luxury Tented Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Ndutu - Walking with Armed Ranger and Wildebeest Migration Wildlife Viewing

Early, at 5.45 am, you'll take your breakfast box and packed lunch and proceed for a sunrise game drive at Lake Ndutu till 8:30 am. You'll start walking for 3-4 hours with armed rangers around Lake Ndutu and enjoy the wildebeest migration.

You'll enjoy a picnic lunch at Lake Ndutu among the thousands of wildebeests and zebras.

After lunch, you will proceed with game drive at the Ndutu area, where you will see great herds of wildebeests and zebras followed by predators. You'll explore the range of different habitats that include swamps, woodland, soda lakes, and the world-famous Serengeti short grass plains.

Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Endoro Lodge (the crater rim).

Ngorongoro Crater - 6 Hours Wildlife Viewing in the Crater Floor

After an early breakfast, you will descend Ngorongoro Crater to the crater floor for an amazing once-in-a-lifetime 6 hours game drive with a picnic lunch to enjoy.

In the crater, you will spot the endangered black rhinos, lions, elephants, zebras, buffalos, wildebeests, and other wild animals. Also, in Ngorongoro Crater, you will experience the Soda Lake, where you will see many species of birds, including the spectacular flamingos.

Late in the evening, you will ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha.
