Arusha - Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, you will be picked up and driven to Serengeti National Park. On the way, you have some optional activities which include a visit to a Maasai village or to Olduvai Gorge. Later, you will proceed to Central Serengeti with a game drive en route to your lodge.

Serengeti National Park - Full-day game drive

Enjoy a full day of game drives in the great Serengeti, most likely the most famous wildlife sanctuary in the world. Depending on the time of year and the migration of the herds, you can expect to see wildebeests, lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, baboons, hippos, rhinos, antelopes, and many birds and other species. Overnight will be at Serengeti Heritage Luxury Tented Camp at Central Serengeti.

Serengeti - Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

After breakfast, you proceed to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On arrival, you descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a wonderful game drive (with a picnic lunch) inside the crater. As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its 2,000 ft. high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds, and other species. Your driver guide will be in contact with other safari drivers and will amaze you with his skill at locating the hidden animals. Later in the afternoon, ascend the crater and proceed to Arusha.
